Barbaricum
This Fate setting explores an alternate history of the transition from Late Antiquity to the Early Middle Ages. Players take the roles of Romans, Germanic tribes, or Huns in a Europe reshaped by invasion, new philosophies, and inventions such as printing, steam power, and firearms. The setting includes six barbarian tribes, rules for political debates and other social conflicts, new skills including Alchemy, Mechanics, and Strategy, and expanded rules for battles between troops and military units. It also provides numerous detailed NPCs and ready-to-play adventure material. Fate Core is required.
