Beast of Bezentil
A child disappears from the small trade village of Bezentil, taken by a malicious spirit seeking to create a blightspawn and spread Talona’s pestilence. Adventurers investigate the village and nearby ruins, racing to rescue the child before they become a vessel for the spreading blight. The encounter is set in the Forgotten Realms’ Great Dale but can be adapted to other fantasy campaigns.
