BETA Men

A sourcebook for Mutants & Masterminds Third Edition set during World War II, where a covert extraterrestrial war threatens Earth. It details the Bureau of Extra-Terrestrial Affairs, including its history, equipment, and operatives, with full game statistics for members such as leader Dash Freeman and Professor Trinazet. The book provides guidelines for running an invasion campaign through multiple stages, supported by a Victory Point system that helps determine the campaign’s direction. It also presents three possible enemy forces—the biotech-based Lokkus Horde, the size-changing Triffling Empire, and the self-proclaimed superior Das Übermen—with histories, motives, plot seeds, and campaign material.
