Between Chains and Starlight (version 2.0)

A science-fantasy setting combines magic and technology across a region of space dominated by hostile empires. Characters confront cyberslavery, animalistic war machines, undead, and other threats while seeking justice or trying to survive. The book includes rules for customizable armor, magical spacesuits, weapons, crafting, zero-gravity and alternate-gravity combat, and expanded technology skills. Ship and vehicle systems cover configuration, logistics, upgrades, electronic warfare, weapons, crews, and optional magical equipment. It also presents factions, star systems, four mapped planets, new creatures, NPC ships, and four missions for characters around levels six to ten, supported by 19 maps.
