Build-a-Foe: Bandit
A tabletop roleplaying supplement for creating bandit encounters and criminal groups. It provides flexible rules for combining ranks, crew types, backgrounds, motivations, specialties, and a Nerve system that determines when enemies bargain, bluff, surrender, retreat, or fight. The supplement includes ready-made crews, stat blocks, feats, campaign hooks, and encounter ideas covering highwaymen, ambushers, smugglers, poachers, deserters, street gangs, and larger criminal outfits.
