It details the city's history, landmarks, wards, and sabbans, along with its dangerous streets, palaces, corruption, and criminal underworld. The book provides a close look at the Eraré Sabban and Taorahl Drudach waterfront district for use as a campaign setting, as well as numerous magical items and artifacts connected to the city's history. It includes material for navigating and adventuring throughout one of Faerûn's largest and most perilous cities.
