A tabletop roleplaying setting inspired by Edwardian London, where humans and fae live in a society recovering from a devastating industrial war. The supplement provides history and cultural background for the fae homelands, the Burgue, and the Pact, along with details of the city and its inhabitants. Players use the Cypher System to create human and fae characters and develop their own stories in this dark fantasy setting. The Cypher System Rulebook is required to play.
