A sourcebook for adventures in the Lunar Empire, focusing on the Immanent Action Liberation, a political alliance working to spread the Lunar Way and strengthen its influence at home. It details thirteen affiliated organizations, including sword-dancing warriors, dog-soldiers, merchants, missionaries and underground scouts, with background information, story seeds and adventure outlines. Fourteen notable characters are also presented, including investigators, assassins and ambitious traders.
