Christopher Clark's Rain of Terror
The residents of Riotous Vale have endured a decade of pirate occupation after their keep was destroyed and the surrounding valley devastated. Beneath the ruins, however, lie treasures the pirates have failed to find. Players guide a group of adventurers through the ruined keep to recover the hidden wealth while confronting the pirate band that controls the area. An approaching hurricane adds a race against worsening conditions and tests the party’s ability to survive. The scenario is designed for three or more low- to moderate-level characters and can be used with most fantasy role-playing systems.
