City of Angels
A post-nuclear roleplaying adventure set among the ruined cities of Southern California. The characters travel through the devastated Los Angeles and Orange County areas to fulfill a promise to a fallen comrade, facing scarce resources, dangerous conditions, and rival gangs fighting for territory. The module includes background information and maps for the region, along with optional rules such as civilian character generation. It can be played as a standalone adventure or incorporated into an existing Twilight:2000 campaign.
