A Champions supplement updating four organization books for use in superhero campaigns. It expands Neutral Ground, Red Doom, PRIMUS and DEMON, and C.L.O.W.N. with revised histories, reorganized group descriptions, new bases, and developments following a major paranormal battle. The book includes more than sixty characters converted to 4th Edition Champions rules, over thirty-five scenarios, detailed base layouts, and guidelines for involving player characters in the largest paranormal conflict in the Champions Universe.
