Cloud City

Players act as competing architects submitting city plans for approval by the city council. Each turn, players develop their city by placing buildings and creating walkways that connect structures. Different walkway types link different building sizes and award council votes based on length (values include 1, 2, 3, 5, and 8). The player whose plan accumulates the most and longest walkways — maximizing connected buildings and vote totals — wins.
