Cold Case
A grisly murder draws the Phoebe Trust into an investigation in Chicago. When an unidentified woman washes ashore on Lake Michigan with bizarre wounds, an allied county coroner contacts the organization for help. The investigation begins at the Second City Safehouse, a clandestine base hidden above a nightclub, and can introduce a new series, serve as a standalone scenario, or fit into an ongoing storyline. Requires the Trinity Continuum Core Rulebook.
