A historical overview of the Market Garden campaign, covering the 101st Airborne around Eindhoven, the 82nd around Nijmegen, and the British 1st Airborne around Arnhem. Ten game battles follow the operation from XXX Corps’ breakout on September 17, 1944, through the fighting at Arnhem and the stalled advance on the Island. Players recreate the major engagements of the campaign as the Allied airborne divisions attempt to secure a route across Holland and the Rhine.
