Crime Czar

Augustus Shaw, known as the Crime Czar, presents himself as a philanthropist rebuilding Manhattan after the 2004 battle between the Sentinels and Hecate’s forces. Behind this public image, he places his people in local businesses and construction projects to expand his criminal operations while remaining distant from law enforcement and heroes. This super-powered character profile details Shaw, his network of criminal enterprises, and his conflicts with neighborhood heroes including the Jersey Devil, Recluse, and the White Hats.
