Crucible of Chaos

Legends tell of an ancient civilization that traveled the skies in immense floating cities before a mysterious catastrophe brought them down. A mystical compass now points toward an unexplored valley that may contain the ruins of one such city and reveal the truth behind its fall. This journey-based fantasy adventure is designed for 8th-level characters. It details the valley, the crashed sky-city, its native inhabitants, and the forces responsible for the city’s destruction. The adventure is set in the Mwangi Expanse but can be adapted to other settings.
