Cyclades: Ancient Ruins

Adds two special Ruins tokens and matching Ruins cards that enter the game via a setup tied to the Apollo choice during the offering phase. When an uncontested island (or territory with Titans) receives a Ruins token, the first player to take control of that island draws a Monument card and places the corresponding Ruins card on top; only that player may construct the specified Monument and only on that island. If control changes, the new controller gains the card and the exclusive right to build there. When the Monument is completed, the Ruins token and its card are removed from play.
