DC Deck-Building Game: Zatanna Zatara Promo Card
A promo hero card for use with the Forever Evil or Injustice modes of the DC deck-building system. Plays as a 12-cost villain with an on-play effect that lets the player draw the top card of the main deck and then choose up to three cards from their discard pile, placing one on top of their deck and the others on the bottom. Its First Appearance attack forces each opponent to gain a Weakness for each Super Power currently in the Line-Up.
