Deadlands Noir Player's Guide
Set in New Orleans in 1935, this roleplaying game explores a hard-boiled city where honest work is scarce and trouble comes from crooked cops, Mafia soldiers, and other criminals. Supernatural threats also lurk in the dark, beyond the stories told by drunks and newspaper readers. Players create private detectives, grifters, inventors, houngans, and other determined characters. They investigate cases, confront criminal and occult dangers, and rely on sharp wits, personal resolve, and luck to resist the encroaching darkness.
