Demiverse (5E)
A fractured multiverse leaves behind isolated demiplanes: strange fragments of reality ranging from vast regions to spaces as small as a dungeon tile. Interplanar gates connect these locations, allowing adventurers to travel between worlds filled with unusual environments, dangers, and discoveries. This fantasy campaign setting includes 15 demiplanes and 6 pocket planes, an account of the Demiverse’s origin, and guidelines for creating additional demiplanes. It also features original artwork throughout.
