A cyberpunk campaign setting set in a near-future world shaped by global conflict, economic collapse, cybernetic enhancements, full-immersion communications, and the influence of powerful corporations. Terrorist attacks and information control fuel unrest across the major cities, where hackers, fixers, celebrities, and enhanced street gangs struggle for survival. The setting uses the d20 System and provides campaign events, new character abilities, feats, skills, and rules for cybernetic enhancements. It also includes detailed and quick-play systems for full-immersion hacking and virtual-reality operations.
