Dragonbane (LARP)

A live-action fantasy game about morality, cultural conflict, and diplomacy in a world changed by a devastating battle. Players portray humans confronting upheaval, mourning, and the collapse of established beliefs and hierarchies, while deciding whether to preserve old loyalties or embrace new ambitions. The central question is who, if anyone, will capture the dragon. Characters are developed with organizers and character coaches, including personal goals for navigating the new situation. The game runs continuously for five days with total immersion, using physical special effects to portray magic and limiting the setting to humans and a dragon.
