Dwellers in the Darkness
This fantasy roleplaying setting expands the Haunted Highlands with the Undercity of Ulgakur and the vast subterranean region known as the Darkness. The underground world contains caverns, tunnels, rivers, settlements, and enclaves inhabited by dangerous creatures and other factions. The material provides descriptions and statistics for allies, enemies, important figures, treasures, locations, random encounters, events, adventure options, and story seeds. It supports player-driven exploration rather than a fixed plot or conclusion, and includes locations that can serve as bases for further expeditions. The content is designed for Castles & Crusades campaigns of any level and is compatible with the surrounding Haunted Highlands setting.
