Set in an age of magic after a devastating Scourge, the game follows Name-givers—races capable of shaping the world through Names—as they emerge from underground kaers and reclaim a land ravaged by Horrors from astral space. Players create and roleplay heroes exploring ruined cities and lost provinces, confronting lingering Horrors, rival powers, and a corrupt Empire seeking to restore its rule.
