Echoes of Woe
A Starfinder adventure for 1st-level characters. Investors from Qabarat plan to demolish a long-abandoned hospital on Castrovel and build a laboratory in its place, but the building is haunted by the patients and staff who died there a century ago. The characters must explore its halls, confront the lingering spirits, and clear the site for demolition. The adventure is a tragic ghost story involving horror, disease, and patient death, making player consent and appropriate content discussion important before play.
