This campaign character is an immortal world-conquering villain with unknown origins, an indomitable will, and mystical and technological artifacts. Rated Power Level 13 and classified as a Rogue, he can serve as a nemesis for individual heroes or globally active teams. His long history supports connections to characters with similarly extended lifespans and allows past encounters to be incorporated into an ongoing campaign.
