Facility & Staff Members
This supplement details a maximum-security prison built to contain super-powered criminals. The facility uses specialized construction and technology to suppress or neutralize abilities such as teleportation, intangibility, superhuman strength, and mind control, while keeping dangerous inmates isolated from society. It includes information on the prison’s layout, security measures, operations, and staff members for use in a superhero campaign or other modern super-powered setting.
