Faint Transmissions
A garbled transmission in an unknown language emerges from a radio, warning the heroes to stop a vehicle from crossing a specific set of railroad tracks. No one else can hear the message, leaving its origin and purpose uncertain. This short d20 Modern adventure works as an interlude between larger campaign scenarios. It presents the task, the opponents who try to prevent its completion, and the punishments imposed if the heroes refuse to act. Designed for four 2nd-level characters.
