This supplement expands the world of Eana with the subterranean Netherworld and its major threat, Canker. It details underground regions beneath the Free City, Drakenbergen, Septentrion, Kaan, and adjoining seas, including distinct cultures, hidden cities, political schemes, and perilous journeys through lands without sunlight. The material supports adventures ranging from twilight wonder and dark fantasy to power struggles and science fantasy.
