Feats of Runic Might II
This fantasy roleplaying supplement adds new rune-based feats for characters of any class. The feats grant magical powers that can be applied to characters, items, and locations, expanding options for campaigns involving ancient runic traditions. It also introduces Runebound feats, which tie runes directly to a character’s life energy and allow several of them to be used simultaneously. The rules are presented as a complete, standalone set, with compatibility for the feats in the earlier volume.
