This rules supplement presents new feats for characters who rely on charisma, deception, and social manipulation to overcome their foes. Designed primarily for modern and futuristic campaigns, the material can also be used in other settings compatible with d20-based OGL systems. Optional changes to level-based character progression provide additional ways to integrate these abilities into a campaign.
