Adds a new way to spread fire and introduce unique events to Flash Point: Fire Rescue. The Fire and Event decks replace the Hot Spot mechanic in Experienced games, while three specialists—the Strategist, Suppression Specialist, and Fire Prevention Specialist—provide additional roles with their own miniatures.
