Fleet: Salmon License

During setup, four Salmon licenses are added to the Standard license pool, along with 16 Salmon Boat cards. Licenses are purchased and played from the License deck as usual. A Salmon license allows a player to launch Salmon boats and draw one Boat card at the beginning of the Fishing phase. The card may be kept in hand or tucked under an already launched and captained boat, where it catches a Crate during Fishing and provides a capacity of four Crates. Each additional Salmon license increases the number of cards drawn and allows one card to be tucked under a separate eligible boat.
