This supplement adds new powers, Hero Types, and NPCs for cosmic-themed heroes. It introduces character-generation options with Physical and Mental Stat Pools suited to different origins, while also supporting characters created through the standard rules, such as descendants of powerful beings. The core rules remain required for additional character information.
