Games Without Frontiers
A one-shot superhero adventure puts street-level heroes against the Concrete Dragons, a gang stealing experimental weapons and targeting their loved ones. Players investigate a possible case of mistaken identity, confront the gang and its allies, and uncover a connection to the Mosaic Trust. Designed for four to six PL 10 heroes, the adventure can be adjusted for different group sizes and power levels.
