A superhero roleplaying adventure set in a city where street gangs are receiving high-tech weapons and the police are overwhelmed. Players investigate the source of the technology, confront the gangs, and work to stop the escalating chaos. The adventure is designed for an ICONS campaign and includes a ready-made team of heroes for immediate play.
