Ghost Cartels
A new drug called tempo spreads through the sprawls, attracting users from ordinary addicts to hardened beetleheads and disrupting the balance between rival syndicates. As violence escalates, runners become involved in the drug trade and the power struggles surrounding it. The campaign moves through Seattle, Los Angeles, and Hong Kong before taking the action into the jungles of South America, where players navigate deals, conflicts, and shifting alliances.
