This modern espionage roleplaying adventure follows a team of agents investigating renewed construction at Hagap in North Korea. Satellite imagery has raised concerns that the site may support the development of clandestine nuclear weapons, despite earlier denials and international investigations. Players gather evidence, assess conflicting claims, and confront the threat surrounding the facility. The scenario is designed for a team of four to six agents and includes challenges and rewards scaled for characters of levels 3, 8, 13, or 18.
