Halloween Horrors (Capes, Cowls and Villains Foul)

This supplement for a superhero roleplaying game introduces six unusual foes, ranging from creatures of folklore to the spawn of cosmic horrors. Each opponent can inspire fear in ordinary people and includes background information, game statistics, and a journal entry from occult investigator Xavier Stone. Each creature also includes a short adventure seed, with printable standees provided for the six foes and Xavier.
