Haloed Husk
In the Northern Threshold, a sun shower tainted by the Wyld turns rain into searing liquid light that scorches crops and burns anything caught beneath it. Puddles of the altered sunlight pose a further danger: anyone who drinks them becomes a haloed husk, a radiant creature driven by raw instinct, often taking the form of a familiar animal such as a beloved pet.
