HeroQuest: Roleplaying in Glorantha
A narrative role-playing game set in Glorantha, an ancient and magical world shaped by gods, spirits, demons, empires, and the conflicts of the Hero Wars. Players create heroes from different homelands and occupations, choose abilities and magic, and pursue personal destinies through adventures and mythic quests. The rules cover simple and extended contests, relationships, community support, hero points, healing, and three forms of magic: theism, animism, and wizardry. The book includes guidance for narrators, creatures, an introduction to Glorantha and Dragon Pass, sample hero bands, and four complete adventures.
