A two-round Living Greyhawk DM’s Challenge adventure packet for characters of levels 16–20, set during the Horrors Never Die story arc. The arc concerns the awakening of a new danger at the Tomb of Horrors, one of the Flanaess’s most notorious locations. The packet provides guidelines, session-tracking materials, and an Adventure Record for a Dungeon Master to create or modify and run an adventure. It forms the fourth entry in a four-adventure story arc.
