I Troens Skygger

In 737, following the Frankish conquest of Frisia, the reliquary of Saint Aunarius disappears from a newly built church in Dokkum. Players take the roles of the king’s vassals and investigate the border town, uncovering clues amid rumors of heresy, sabotage, and the return of older beliefs. The game combines a historically grounded medieval setting with Cthulhu-like horror, as players explore a mystery shaped by conflicting faiths, ancient gods, and supernatural threats.
