A supplement for creating martial artists, spies, and costumed adventurers whose abilities come from physical control and exceptional training rather than conventional superpowers. Inner Strength covers feats such as extraordinary leaps, breaking through concrete, running across unstable surfaces, healing, and releasing internal energy. Intense Training includes specialized techniques such as smoke-bomb escapes, parkour, swordsmanship, and gun fu. The supplement adds powers that interact with Hero Points, Setbacks, and newer game mechanics, along with expanded options for Martial Arts Mastery, Fleet of Foot, and Weapon Technique. It also introduces new Limitations, Enhancements, Advantages, Disadvantages, skill specialties, and rules for Bonus Dice and Penalty Dice.
