In winter 1241, Lund is suffering after a summer of cold, snow, and failed crops. With a bishop's coronation approaching and the church treasury running low, armed retainers search the townspeople's homes for unpaid taxes. Players take part in these searches, looking for hidden money while facing hostility from a population with little left to give.
