Krasue (Pathfinder)
A nocturnal undead creature from Thai mythology, the krasue appears as a disembodied floating head trailing a mass of intestines and pulsating organs. It feeds on the blood and flesh of the living, using its perfect flight and entangling entrails to hunt in darkness. The light shining from its mouth can dazzle those nearby, while its bite spreads disease. During daylight, it must return to its hidden body or begin to die; destroying that body also destroys the creature.
