At a starport cantina in the politically charged Core, travellers gather for drinks, rumours, and new connections. As the industrial world of Ase manoeuvres to become a regional power, Affinity and its way of life are placed at risk. The travellers become involved in the resulting political struggle while trying to save their favourite bar, navigating dangerous schemes that could reshape the highport and the surrounding worlds.
