Layabouts and Degens
A tabletop RPG zine about friendship, community, and the aimless lives of young adults trying to find their place. Designed as a supplement for Troika!, it adds character backgrounds, monsters, random tables, and guidance for roleplaying characters who are struggling with rent, direction, and society’s expectations. Game Master principles encourage stories that push back against the characters’ lethargy, while keeping the tone comedic and affectionate toward an uncertain stage of life.
