Maelstrom
A role-playing game set in turbulent 16th-century Europe, following a group of travellers on the dangerous road from St Albans to London. Players create characters such as herbalists, rogues, noble ladies and spies, then undertake missions and shape their own adventures under the direction of a referee. Beginners’ and advanced rules, referee’s notes, maps, charts and a solo adventure provide tools for play with three or more participants.
