Maelstrom Domesday
A historical roleplaying game set in England in 1086, twenty years after the Norman Conquest. Characters serve as special agents for a powerful Norman baron, investigating strange events in exchange for coin, having gained their position after experiencing an unexplained incident themselves. Character creation uses a lifepath system, while play combines revised D100 and D6 rules, fast and dangerous combat, freeform Magick, and rules for Maelstroms and Breaches. The rulebook includes guidance for referees, information about daily life in 1086, a setting guide to the area around York, and an extensive herbal section with 100 new herbs.
